Learning & Development

We invest in our employees. Our award-winning training programme helps you grow from new recruits into confident, highly-skilled leaders and top recruitment consultants. Here’s what you can expect from our company from the moment you join.

First three weeks:


We make sure you hit the ground running with a comprehensive induction, taking you through the most important information about clients, candidates and how to do the job. We do this through on-the-job training, so you get started straight away with practical, hands-on experience.

Week ten onwards:

Continuous support

Through a combination of classroom training, at-desk coaching and roleplay we’ll keep your skills sharp and help you move through the ranks. We’ll even provide you with one-to-one management coaching if you want to lead a team.

Week six to nine:

Core sales modules

You’ll work with our Sales Management team to go through our specialised sales training programme, aimed at boosting your skills and teaching you everything you need to know to be a top recruitment consultant.


We reward everyone who works at Vivid for their amazing performance, and we do so in a variety of different ways. Our bonuses and commissions allow you to make this one of the best-paid recruitment jobs, and we provide more benefits to make sure we have an amazing company culture as well.

Time off

Increased annual leave year-on-year and birthday time off for a well-earned lie-in.

Earning potential

Our new recruits earn up to £50,000 in Year 1, increasing up to £150,000 in Year 3.


Potential for relocation packages of up to £3,000 for your first nine months of employment.
