Zach is a Theatre and Performance graduate from the University of Leeds, he joined Vivid around six months ago. He specializes in Java and Full Stack recruitment in the Benelux market and is already off to a flying start, quickly securing himself a space on the company holiday. Zach loves the lively atmosphere and opportunity for collaboration between peers. He’s received consistent training throughout his time so far and enjoys seeing the work he puts in paying dividends.
Charlie’s been with Vivid for around ten months, after graduating from the University of Salford, where she studied LLB Law. She joined the Public Health market, where she’s found that she’s never stood still, thanks to a culture of constant support and progression. Charlie strongly believes that within Vivid, what you put in, is what you get out, saying her manager has been there to encourage her development every step of the way.
Ally has been with Vivid for three years, graduating from London Metropolitan University with a 2:1 in Accounting and Finance. She works on the German-based Engineering market and thoroughly enjoys the bustling atmosphere at Vivid, forming excellent relationships with her team and colleagues alike. Ally has also recently completed Vivid’s Management Training Program; a fantastic opportunity which will enable her to successfully build her own team.
Oliver graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in Business and Corporate Communications, joining Vivid six years ago. He currently works on our German Software market, alongside successfully managing a small team. Oliver has found Vivid to be an extremely high-performing environment, which supports his ambition, and enjoys being part of a team full of people with similar values and outlooks on life.
Loui has been with Vivid since July 2018. He graduated from the University of Manchester with an LLB in Law with Politics, and since joining he has excelled in the Public Health market as part of the Public Sector team, where he now manages his own consultants. Loui stated that he loves working in a business environment that never allows his career to stand still; he praises the organic structure of Vivid that makes him constantly want to improve, develop, and become one of the best.
Leon attended the University of Hull and joined Vivid shortly after graduating in 2015. Since then, he has been one of our top performers and began building his own team in January 2017, gaining three further promotions and paving the way for him to become Sales Manager in November 2020. Leon praises Vivid’s organic growth, culture and meritocractic earning potential, due to it’s consistent and indiscriminate commission structure.
Head of Sector
Michelle has been working with Vivid since September 2015. She joined shortly after graduating, when she achieved a BSc Hons in Psychology and Social Sciences from London Metropolitan University. She now works in our European Engineering market, where she manages a team of ten people. She loves the fact that there’s never a ceiling to progression at Vivid: there is always room to grow, which she has proven.
Ryan joined Vivid in 2011 after playing professional football in the US, and by 2013 he had been chosen to set up our second ever office in Manchester. Fast forward 8 years; Ryan is now our Regional Director of Sales, overseeing our Manchester and Glasgow offices. He thoroughly enjoys working in a company with an elite growth mindset, an attribute that he shares with his team.
Jay joined Vivid in May 2019, shortly after graduating from the University of Leeds with a Degree in History. He has excelled in his role, receiving regular promotions, whilst being a key player in the DevOps & Cloud markets. According to Jay, every day is different and poses new challenges. He likes that he has autonomy over how he recruits, and that the Vivid culture shows the results you obtain are a direct result of the work you invest.
Eni graduated with a degree in History & Politics from the University of Sheffield and has been a key member of Vivid since 2018, seeing major success in the European Engineering market. One thing she loves about Vivid is the clear progression path laid out for consultants. Having concrete targets set for each promotion means you always know where you stand in your career and helps identify areas to improve on, allowing continuous development.
As a First-Class Business Management Graduate, Alasdair decided to take the dive into recruitment back in 2011. Since joining Vivid he has consistently performed above expectation, placing him as the all-time Top Biller across the Group. He successfully worked his way to becoming Vivid’s first Associate Director and currently Heads up the Life Sciences Sector.
